We are 3 friends & in Point
Pleasant, New Jersey with established businesses. One day we were in the Boutique talking about
loved ones close to us who have been diagnosed
with breast cancer; some survivors, some not. We decided to partner & "develop" a whimsical Breast
Cancer Awareness collection from our 100% natural soy candles. We formed a
sister company naming it "Support For The Girls".
From our signature fragrance “For The Girls,” to “For The Melons,” ( Fresh
Melon fragrance) & “For
the Chi Chi’s” (Lime In The Coconut), our “breast selling” candles fragrances have all been renamed.
With each purchase we are donating a percentage to Ocean Medical
Center for Breast Health here on the beautiful Jersey
Shore.
Our goal is to raise enough to establish a foundation enabling us to specifically earmark the funds for the working
woman who has lost her insurance
& cannot afford mammography. We are helping to raise awareness for the importance of
detection through mammography. So far, sales
have been brisk as we have been celebrating Breast Cancer Awareness
Month. Our line of candles have gained much local attention as they spark healing
laughter, stories of courage, & messages
of hope with the hope of saving
a life.
The "Support
For The Girls" Campaign started over a coffee clutch on the floor & we pray it can be something more to not
only help people, but to also honor all fighters.
